Made-to-Order Commitment

Every Divya Upadhya garment is made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order is placed.

No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstance. We request customers to confirm sizing, product details, and preferences carefully before placing an order.

Alteration Support

We are happy to assist with alterations, if required.

  • For international orders, the cost of shipping the garment back to us for alterations will be borne by the customer.
  • We recommend at least one trial fitting during the process for best results.

Damages & Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours a info@divyaupadhya.com with
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    • A complete unboxing video, starting from the moment the package is opened

⚠️ Note: We require an unboxing video as mandatory proof for any damage, defect, or misdelivery claims. Without this, we will not be able to address your concern.
