Do you offer free shipping within India?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within India.

How long does it take to dispatch an order?

Most orders are dispatched within 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Are there exceptions to the standard dispatch timeline?

• Bridal and couture pieces may take 6–8 weeks to dispatch.

• Made-to-order or customized items may also take longer. We will notify you via email in such cases.

Do you ship all items in one package?

We try our best to ship your entire order together. However, partial shipments may occur depending on product availability or packaging requirements.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, we are currently not accepting COD orders.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. A courier tracking number will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How are international shipping charges calculated?

International shipping charges are calculated based on:

Are weekends and public holidays considered working days?

No, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for dispatch or delivery.

Can delivery timelines be affected by unforeseen events?

Yes, delays may occur due to public holidays, natural events, or courier delays that are beyond our control.
